A real expert - I always wanted someday to be one - but when I found out that there is always so much to learn about tanning - I realized I would simply have to be content with learning as much as I could and settle for perhaps someday being only "knowledgeable" about the subject.
Some of the things I've learned along the way include -
I always post my name and e-mail address when I try to answer a post on here! I dont hide behind nicknames - thats cowardly!
I dont call myself an expert - I've never met one either!
And that Alum Tan post is the biggest pile of BS I've seen on here! The writers real problem is - that the truth hurts!
And last but not least - I've found out that Baseballs are really neat!
You are a well known public figure on this forum. If I gave my name on here, would anyone know me? Probablly not. The whole problem is not you personally, it is the negative things that you and George preach about alum tans. There are literally millions of aluminum sulphate tanned mounts around the world, that are over 25 years old, that still look great! If yall are going to slam alum tans to sell your product, be prepared for this kind of response,because the largest fur dressing companies in the U.S. are using alum with great success, and no complaints. A few of them for 20 years or more! All the furdressers you list in you website that use your products, have not made it past first base, and probablly never will. I have seen and held some of their work at conventions, and their work is an embarassment to the industry as a whole. Do you realize how many taxidermists never make it in business because they are trying to tan their own skins, and putting out crappy mounts. Like I said, nothing personal, but you and your employee George need to give it a rest. All the positive feedback I hear about aluminum sulphate tanning, far our weighs your rehetoric.

Thanks for your opinion on alum tanning. It was very informative . Next time I will give my opinion on degreaser. Nothing I have said was wrong- so straight shooter will suffice for now.
