What is the maximum time anyone has left a cape in Krowtan. Is longer than 4 days going to hurt it?

I have left them in the tan for 4 days, no longer and have had great success with them, I am going to take out the next one I do and shave it with out neturizeing it, then put it back in for another day then neturlize it. I think that way the tan can do a betterjob then the normal three day thing. Bob
The 3-4 days is the minimum amount of time a hide should be in the tann, You should have no problems if you leave it in longer,just remember to wear gloves and be carefull if you plan to take it out flesh some then put back in the tann the hide will have acids on it untill you neutralize it.
