I am very much against killing of any animal and I agree it is not right but I have been reading about these fisher cats and what I have read is that they are ferocious animals and stalk and kill pets so I am told we have them in our area we live on a river and they like those areas and let me tell you my Brother is a deer hunter and I am against that as well but if I had a fisher cat in my yard and it was about to attack my small dog or cat I would not HESTITATE to kill it before it had a chance to kill my pet but that would be the only thing that could make me kill an animal is to defend my pets!

Or better yet now that there is an endless amount of forage in farm country for them to feed on, we can all just hit them with our huge SUV's. You probaly ride a bike or walk everywhere that you go though don't you karen. I am sure you don't burn gas or you wouldn't want to risk hitting an innocent animal with your hummer. All taxidermists are MEAN... that is why they know more of an animals behavior, habitat, needs, and anatomy than an ignorant, narrow minded, anti will ever know about any animal. Taxidermists only capture the true beauty of an animal.
Your pets are prey, why would you want to interfere with natures way? They were there first, why don't you move to another animal free area. I bet you work in the city and "live" in the country. You probaly have to burn a couple gallons of gas just to get to your job.
Taxidermists are law-abiding, animal loving, upstanding citizens of their communities. Whether it be in the good ol u.s. of a or the poor fellas up in canada...LOL j/k raven :-) Taxidermists only make the world and your neighborhood a better place by preserving God's creations.

Karen the reason why we hunt is not to just go out and kill stuff because it's fun. Their is a lot more to it. If we were to just all of a suden STOP hunting the animal populations would becaome to out of control. Their would be a major increase in motor vehicle accidents acidents involving deer and other wild life. Also the health of most of the animals would decline. Their is a lot more to hunting than i think you realize. If we were to stop hunting the animal population would not be able to adjust fast enough. Thats why state DNR's set regulations so we don't take to many animals.

I'm really getting sick and tired of you "DAMN" Anti-hunters, Tree Huggers, Bunny Huggers, coming on here and saying how cruel hunting is. It's like porn on the T.V. Just think of all the wild areas that are transformed into farms to grow the vegatables that they eat, and the property loss that the animals once lived on that they now occupy.
It is to bad that she cannot go with her brother and enjoy the hunting like many others would if they would just go. Missinformation is truley the reason behind it all.

I have some conibeared groundhogs from soybean fields for antis. It would go well mixed in with their tofu and veggie stir fry. The groundhog I caught yesterday at the horse farm was still fresh, I should have gutted it,frozen it and sent it to Peta. Afterall horses deserve to to not have dangerous holes in their pastures and the farm across the road is owned by the ASPCA people and has rescue livestock animals at it,would you want them hurting themselves over stupid groundhogs?
Oh and should I mention the toddlers that have died because of raccoon feces in their yards? Or what about all the mangy foxes I have seen? How about the sick raccoon in my parents yard that I had to shoot? Or the rabies possible raccoon that ran at me and my dog one day at 2 pm? How about all the people and dogs and other critters that get lyme disease becuase of all the big deer tick factories we have munching and running around out here?
