it seems everybody on here lately [95%] want every skin to tan up perfectly every single time. believe it. it ain't ever go'in to happen! and they want it fast and they want it simple to do also. tanning is an art as well as science. and different methods are for different uses.
i'm speeking of garment tanning now, and not mounting.
fact.. the higher your ph is toward neutral. [at end time] the longer your skins will last. ph. is absolutly critical in tanning operations. so when i hear, "don't worry about ph" well i just have to drag my tired old fingers up to the keyboard and shout it out. "ph. is absolutly critical in tanning operations". as well as any other factors may also be.
