Why did you neutralize?

Geez when will you people learn that NEUTRALIZING is the LAST STEP BEFORE TANNING!

Nothing will stop it now, you have made the skin to basic. You chemically slipped the hair.

Always degrease the skin or cape while its still pickled!

While your skin or cape is pickled (usually after 3 days) - remove it, drain it for 30 minutes and then degrease it for 30 minutes in your Super Solvent mixture. Afterwards - rinse it and throw it back into the pickle - but - never neutralize it until you are ready to tan it. You only do it once!
