ok about to start citric acid bath for some various skins coyote deer and coon. just a few questions. 1) can i degrease the coon before i put it in the acid bath by using dawn soap instead of degreasing it during the bath with a tannery degreaser? 2) how many times can you reuse the citric acid bath? or would i have to keep mixing new batches whenever i put in more skins? and lastly 3) do i have to constantly stir the hides and capes on the hour every hour or can i just throw them in and take them out after a few days, shave then put in again for 12 hrs. thanks alot for your guy's help -dont worry im following the directions i just was unsure about a few minor details.

1) you can degrease b4 - after or during

2) as long as you have correct reading (1.5-2) you can resuse pickle - salt content at 40%

3) stir them once a day should be enuf
