I have an already tanned sheepskin. I have washed it before with no problem,but my son spilled some medecine on it. It didn't come out in the wash, so I soaked it in "oxy-clean". Now it's totally stiff, both wool and hide. What can I do to fix it?

..or a mat. Oxy-clean is more suitable for cottons and linens, not fur or hides.
