krowtan on a coon?

Has anyone used krowtan 2000 on a coon?What do you do about the degreasing stage? Any help would be great.Thanks

After everything was turned and fleshed i degreased it commercial degreaser (Rittles super solvent works great)and then tanned it w/ the krowtann. turned out great.

You can degrease at any stage. I've been degreasing AFTER putting it through the automatic tanner with Krowtan.

I don't think it matters, as long as you get all the grease out.

Degrease Before Tanning

All hides need to be degreased after rough fleshing the hide,and before going into the tann. You can use any degreaser just make sure and rinse your hide off before going into the tann. If you've got any more questions just call us toll free 1-800-467-0369 mon-thur 7am-5:30pm Thanks
