I was wondering i was the only on having this problem .
I have been waiting two weeks for a shiment of tanning cristals I orderd from Steve . He promised the package would be shipped the next day . It seems that the only thing he id for me the next day was withdral from my checking account. Also when Icall all i ever get in his ansuring machine and he does not return any of my calls
any one els having the same thing happen to them?

Yes we have the same problems getting a hold of him and getting our order shipped. So far he is the only one we can get these crystals from and he knows that. If anyone knows of another tanning crystal that can work in the auto tanners Steve sells I would love to hear about it.
Does everyone eventualy get there order?
Or there money refunded?
there are plenty of other products out there I can use in the tanning machine .
If he is not going to follow up on the product he should not be selling the auto tanners.

I allways like to give my buisness to the little guy if I can but this is now way to do buisness I called 3 times and he wont even call back.
I guess I will be buying from Noonkesters or Van Dykes from now on .
I called Steve for gaskets for my auto-tanner two weeks ago; had them in a week as promised.
I have never had any problems with him; except maybe catching up to him to order things- they always get here quick after ordered however!
