Has any one have any ideas for me. I have ordered a auto tanner from Taxidermy art supply and i keep getting the run around on getting it shipped my credit card was billed right away but no tanner .. Steve will not return my calls. I did get him to return one call by leaving a message that i was wanting to purchase a tanner i used my cell phone. He called right back and made more promises. Is this a scam or has any one got info on this or maybe a phone number that they accually answer.

I cant really say, but I would think that this is rush hour for producing autotanners, that time of year when taxidermist planned all summer to purchase one, but waited to the last minute to order one. It may be back ordered and they are not telling the customers. They have good intentions on getting it to you, just slow at it? You may not be the only one waiting. Just an idea, I'd keep on his butt though.
Steve is a good guy in my book,......I bought a tanner from him last year. He was always very helpful in every question and in every way before and after I got it. I didn't get any run around from him. As a matter of fact, I tried to call him today with a question and got answering service also, so I dropped him an email. He responded to it this evening.
Be patient, I just went through what you are going through now. It will come. I think they are real busy at this point but it will apprear on your doorstep.
Steve called me back. and explained which made me feel better. Once this happened i knew what was going on which was all i wanted. And yes steve seems to be a very nice person. Thanks for your input
