I always measure the same amount for pickling,neutralizing, and tanning. I hope you left the axis in the pickle for at least 72 hours and shaved it real thin in the neck.
After 3 days of pickling in a 13 Gl. pickle - simply do the same for neutralizing! Use a 13 gl. neutralizing solution with 13 ozs. of Sodium Bicarbonate (Baking Soda) added. Rinse the skin thoroughly after neutralizing.
If your pickle was based on its weight - then also mix up 13 gls. of tanning solution as well. Use 13 Ozs. of EZ-100 and approximately 5 Lbs. of salt.
