average elk cost for tanning

i need to know what the average ballpark figure to get a full elk hide tanned. thank you

East Coast Tannery charges 7$ a sq. ft. for a flat hide.

Had one left last year that i had done it was 35 sq.ft =245.00
which also was done by east coast tannery.average is a matter of the way you cut it or what your customer wants .LOL

At H&H Fur Dressing we only charge $6.75 a Sq. Ft. I don't have an average cost for you however you should charge your customer at least 25% more than you pay.
