I have some citric acid from a while back and need the reciept I think it was 3 0z/gallon and 1 lb of salt. but is the ph 1.5 or 2.0 thanks for any info. I plan on pickling 2 boar capes.

As long as it stays under 3 you are fine. I like mine in the 1.5 range! Good Luck
that is correct, 3 oz. per gallon + 1 # salt per gallon.
