i have 5 fallow deer fawns that i need wet tanned.. these will be mounted by my taxidermist since he gives me a giant break on price if i skin it myself, i am shopping around so may the most reasonable price win!

Price shopping is not the way to go when shopping for a good Tanner. It is kinda on the same lines as the guy mounting deer heads for $200 out of his garage, versus the Taxidermist charging $400 for his. You will usually get what you pay for. Well, the Tanning hyenas should be here shortly to save the day, so I better get out of here.
yes but i cant afford 40$ a fawn which other people have quoted me i mean sheesh i dont even think so,, these are small tiny things. so i think i need a break this time.
Does your taxidermist tan any of his customer's capes? We tan fawns with Krowtan and have great results.
he sends them to the people who quoted me 40$.
Those fawns have to be baby-sat through the entire tanning process. They are hard to replace. Hence more liability to the Tanner. $50 or $60 wouldnt be out of the question.
i couldnt posibly afford them all, you know i dont really need them wet tanned but i just need them tanned maybe $20-25. since ill send in 5! i mean sheesh 40 x 5 = 200$ that i cant afford, just crazy
If you want cheap, go cheap.
DP them and mount them yourself. They're just fawns, after all.
Enjoy the fleshing of the faces, the toe bone removal, and may you not blow their ears out.
Good Luck Cheapie!
