Can a buffulo hide be krowtanned or should I use something else?
and what would the mixture of salt and krowtan and water be,if it can be done it is for a rug. thankyou

you might want to think about what you are asking, I think, maybe wrong, butt Mr. Rittel doesn't carry Krowtann as one of his products, but you sure can ask him about useing one of his tanning products.
I personally would not use Krowtann for flat work. I use Rittels EZ because it is just flat out good stuff. It is washable and garment safe.
It's not a Rittel's product. Why not call Ozark Woods and ask? I'm sure they would be happy to discuss it with you.
