capes are like a rubber band!

I tried a new Tannery and the capes came back awesome until I rehydrated a couple of capes, I was test fitting and when I tried to
stretch the cape it streched pretty good but springs right back. It has way too much memory. Is there anything I can do to fix this problem? I am also going to call the tannery and let them know about this problem. Any help would be great since I sent quite a few to them.

Thanks in Advance,
Dan

Try putting salt into water and putting the capes in for a few minutes.

Dan I seen this before and what was done was they took the cape and mix up some baking soda and soak the cape in that for 15-20 min this seem to work, they said the cape still had acid in the skin? it's worth a shot

When I rehydrated the capes I did use salt. How much salt would you recommend? Or how much baking soda? When I soaked the capes there didn't seem to be any acid swell?

More thoughts?

Thanks, Dan
