Oxalic Acid is the same poison found in the leaves of the Rhubarb Plant. Eat the leaves and you die - but the stalks are great eating! Considering this - the best way to dispose of it is to neutalize the acid to a 6.5-7.0 and then dump it. Once neutralized - the biggest problem will be the amount of salt contained in your pickle.
It may also be poisonous to pets eating the chunks of meat or fats.
