I have this bear hide that was tanned and the ears were turned inside out with the cartiladge still on. My problem is that the ears are rock hard now and can't turn them right side out. I tried soaking them and using the hard tissue tonic on them, but they are still too hard to work with. Is there anything I can do to get the ears right side out? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Injecting them with salt water , Put into a plastic bag , let it set in the fridge overnight . Bradlee
