Yes - it can be used!

I've used it. It is especially useful when teaching young people tanning - or where you have kids in your shop. It is used in foods - so it is relatively safe to work with. I have used the following formula.

1 Gl. of Water
3 Ozs. of Citric Acid
1 Lb. of Salt

The PH should be around 1.5-2.5 PH. Pickle for at least 3 days or longer.
