How can i make a acid tan skin like a commercial tan?

I have been in business for 15 years and always done my own tanning. I am geting ready to build a new shop and would like to do my own flat hide's deer fox coyote Etc. I have been told a 4 foot by 6 foot tumbler is the trick. Could use the help and would like to purchase one of thes if that is what i need. Thanks

a few other questions. How long to tumble the different types of animals that you encounter, how fast should the drum run, what different types of sawdust or other things you should use on which skins, types of baffles and how they effect tumbling times. I would take it real slow if I were you. Your potential for ruining hides early in the game is high. It has taken tanners years to find the answers to the questions above.
