I received two bobcat skins from a customer that had been in the freezer for about five years. The cats are skinned with the head and feet still attached. He wants to tan the skins with head and feet on. Some parts of the skins are badly freezer burned (ears, lips, nose, etc.). I want to salt the skins and send them to the tannery. Can anyone tell me what the best way to go about this is?
