I used to do all my tanning myself with pretty good results. Recently i came upon a post on these forums a while ago regarding K and K. I have to tell you that if you are looking for the best in tanning you should give them a call. I was in need of a specimen for a museum project and gave them a call. Jeff was nice enough to get me a coyote that he had in the shop on consignment. I received this life-size and was astounded at the quality of the tan. I've dealt with another tannery before (they will remain nameless at this time) and their work was no where near as good. The hide is fleshed so cleanly and evenly that i can't imagine it shrinking in the least bit. Its a perfect specimen. They are kind and polite folks over there who do unbelievable work. But their turn around is 4 1/2 months right now. I had to call them Monday and get something bumped up to a "rush". Their turn around used to be quicker. Service and quality is very good though. Peace. Jeff F.
