I have just acquired a porcupine to mount & am quite baffled on where to begin. I am not sure if there is a process you must follow for the quills. Your suggestions & help on the easiest way to do this is appreciated.

We use a belly cut. It really isn't all that bad. They are always loaded with parasites, and smell. We flesh, wash, as usual...just be careful of those quills!
