I tanned 2 raccoons almost 2 weeks ago and they both came out good. On one of them, halfway down the tail its still wet. I've put a fan on it for 3 days in a row and it wont dry out. It feels greasy to me and i had it in the pickle with degreaser for over a month. IT just wont dry out and i know i put a good coat of tan and oil on it. Please help. Thanks

Rub sawdust into it!

Try rubbing some dry sawdust into it, maybe even mix a small amount of Lacquer Thinner in the sawdust as a degreaser, and then blow it out with an airhose. If the problem is being greasy or too oily - this should easily clear your problem.
