I have a customer that wants felt put on a bison backskin. What is the best way to put felt on the backskin?

Buy a good brand of spray glue (3M) and put a good coat down on the skin itself. Then lay the felt over it and cut to size. Once you've done that, the edges need to be bound with a wrap stitch and the hide should be "quilted" with threads tying the felt to the hide at the corner points of every 4 to 5 inch square.
