I had a new bottle of Saftee acid last year got put into a garage by acident and there is no heat in that garage. Is there a away to determine if it is good yet? Or would I be better off to ditch it?

Search "is safe-tee acid freeze-thaw stable." I've left mine sit out all winter with no ill effect.
