had a 6 piece of coyote cape that had been krowtanned - instead of throwing it away i slapped some krowoil on it and let it set overnite - as it started to dry i worked it over a 1 x 12 in a vise - unbeleievably soft (not quite garment tan but close)- works great for soft tan
