Keystone Fur Dressing?

I am new to commercial tanned capes and have a question. I don't want to sound like i'm unsatisfied, this tannery actually does a great job and are great to deal with. Their dry tans have a smell to them that seems to slowly fade a little. Maybe it's the tanning oil, i'm not sure. I was wondering if anyone else uses this tannery and could let me know what the do to cover this scent or if it fades away on it's own? Thanks

A little more detail describing the odor? There are products available through Knobloch's that will eliminate odor. Have you called the tanner and asked for advice? I would bet he would know more about it than anyone else and how to overcome. Who knows, you may encourage him to try something different in his processes.

the only smell i get is a non-offensive tanning oil smell or possibly a fur cleaning agent from the tumbling process, which dissapates completely by the time my mounts dry, actualy the smell is very nice, ive never had anything come back unclean or with an offensive odor
