I use a plastic peg board to just to try and keep the capes down a little better and it worked great.that way the krowtancan still reach all of the areas it needs to reach

Thanks Jason

Never thought of plastic pegboard. I use a milk crate with o.k. results.

5-gallon bucket

I use a 5-gallon bucket for normal size capes and a larger one for larger capes. I take a bucket cover and cut the diameter smaller so it will fit about half way down the bucket and drill holes in it so the krowtan mixture will come through. Then I zip tie a quart mixing container in the middle of the sized down cover. When it is done it kind of looks like a hat. When I am ready to tan I mix up the krowtan, put the cape in, then put the cover with the container attached. I then put a cover on the bucket. The cover pushes down on the sized down cover(and attached container) keeping the cape submerged. I don't know if that sounds confusing, but it works great. I just put a piece of tape on the outside stating the date I starting tanning. I usually have a half dozen buckets going at once with no mess and no fumes.
