Krowtan instrctions

I have misplaced my instructions for my Krowtan. Would some one please post or send me these. I checked the archives but am overwhelmed by the number of krowtan postings.

If you click that orange SEARCH icon, you'll find 10,000 others who did the same thing and there's bound to be one or two who answered that question already. It would seem prudent for the manufacturer to consider gluing the instructions on the bottle like all the reputable suppliers do.
