saftee acid

I'm doing an elk.I'm pickeling in saftee acid.When This one is done can I add more acid to get the ph correct or should I throw it away.

Saftee Acid can be re-used several times as long as the PH is correct and the salt content (40% or higher) is ok. I re-use it only if it is not too dirty. i.e. blood, dirt etc.

The only real reason to get rid of a pickle is if you cantaminate it to much, like blood, borax, etc.
Dirt is fine in a pickle. At the end of a pickle you just wash it out anyway. Dirt doesn't hurt it at all. I usually pickle around 50 deer with 20 or so mammals and also bear. The only time I make up new pickle is that each year I just start off with a fresh batch and keep addind what ever is needed to it, water, salt, saftee-acid.
