i was browsing the net looking for info on moosehide tanning with the hair-on and i came across this forum and a response to someone that said amy ritchie has an outline on her website. can you help me find that?

If you do not have a shaving machine - dont attempt it! Once pickled for 3 days the skin will be plump and easy to shave. But - if you dont own a shaving machine - dont expect a nice soft, supple skin. A Moose skin is condsidered too thick to tan "as is"!
