I have a deer skin that I've not tanned yet. I want to keep the hair on the skin and want to known the best way to deal with it. How do I get out the loose hair and keep more from coming out?

cant say enough about good and timely skin prep. You wouldnt believe the skins rejected because of bad prep work.
