I bought Brucke Rittel's Snake Tanning Kit a few weeks ago and it comes with everything you need tan a snake skin. EXCEPT "White Vinigar" and "Salt". I already have the salt but my question refers to the White Vinigar.
I went to Walmart to buy the vinigar and all I found was Distilled White Vinigar. I read on the jug and it said it was diluted to only 5% acidity. Is this the right stuff? Or am I supposed to find something stronger? Thanks a lot.

Usually your grocery store carries White Vinegar @ 6% Acetic Acid. It's the same stuff we use on Clam Cakes here in New England!
Alright i will take a look at the grocery store. Thanks a lot. I will post back when i get home if I couldn't find any....
I went to 4 stores and all I found was 5% acidity Distilled White Vinegar. They didn't carry anything stronger or weaker. Will this work? If their is a way to use it what do i need to do?
one percent is not going to make a big difference for what you are going to do. We've used the 5% before with great success.
Thanks a lot Evelyn. Hopefully I can get it in the pickle tonight than. Thanks again...
