I use wheat flour in my bread, in my cakes, and in my gravy, but not in my tumbler. I would be scared to death of dough balls that forgot to "listen". Corn cob FLOUR or corn cob GRIT are one in the same and work quite well. I don't mess with success.
corn cob flour and corn cob grit are NOT one in the same. grit being courser and the flour being much finer. i'd use the flour only on buffalo. wholesale it's available from mt. pulaski products in central illinois. ph. 800-577-2627 or 217-792-3211 ask for marsha
I was THINKING wheat flour and corn cob flour. Left out a few words in between.
