What is the best method/tanning solution (and how much) to use for a full bison hide 40+ sq ft.?

I can't even imagine anyone who'd want to tackle a job like you're talking about. Without proper machinery and equipment, I'd love to hear any advice to the contrary.
i got a small bison in yesterday 43 sq ft. Had to flesh it right away because it had been salted before fleshing and frozen which made it easier to flesh on the beam. Actually because it hadn't overly dried, it was just at the right stage as far the moisture content after the salt. But still a ton of work. Getting it ready to go to the tannery is enough work! I send mine to Yost.
and when i do it is a monster job - cant imagine trying to do full body in shop
