I have a grey fox that this is the third day in the pickle. I got called and have to work all weekend. My question is will it be ok till Monday or should I freeze. I will be using the McKenzie Tan. Thanks, Jeff

as long as the ph stays stable. I have left them in there for a week. Some may not agree, but I have. If you are in doubt, it won't hurt it to freeze it. Keep your pickleing and then thaw it out in the pickle.
you want to stir often about 3 times a day for the first 3 days, then once a day for a week or so. i reccommend using an enzyme too. after this you can probably attain a complete pickle on a grey. after a complete pickle i have seen them successfully left in the pickle for 17 years,.
