Has anyone out there tried Rawhide Fleshing for regrinding their round knives? For that matter are there any recommendations for this type of service?

Turn around is usually less than a week if you live closer and the mail from PA doesn't cause you problems. Here in Delaware, I've sent them on Monday and had them back on Friday.
