every once in a great while this odd bear comes back from one tannery or another ,The tannery doesn't have the answer,sure makes the dying/paint job more of a challenge a finishing time.any thoughts or remidies on this?or is it just brush and vac forever.

... it is just the outer layer of the dermis. Turn the air compressor on high, get the nozzle close to the skin and have at it. It will be a bit messy, but it is the quickest and most efficient way to get the job done.
