just wondering how to adjust the ph level after you start the pickling process if it starts to get to high do you add more salt or saftee acid and the otherway around if it isn"t high enough thanks

Take the cape out of the pickle! Check the pH. If it is above 3, add 1oz of acid untill the pH is below 2, no need to add more salt if you are reading 40% or more. Saftee Acid bottoms out at around 1 and doesn't seem to cause harm to the cape, so you should never have a Saftee Acid pickle that is too low.
