Anyone know a recipe for vegetable tan?

Anyone know a recipe for vegetable tanning rawhide? I know you can use different treebarks, but I would like to find out how much, and for how long.

But, are you wanting to veg tan it, or make it into rawhide? Two dif things here. Rawhide is just that! It's a "Raw Hide". Veg tan is a "Tanned Hide". Joe
