Lutan and freezing

Spent the last little while searching can not find my answer.
I have tanned a wolf in lutan f oiled and at the moment it is still quit wet, does it need to be semi dried wet or just damp before I freeze it as I don't want to find out after the fact that I froze it with to much moister in the fur and it some how spoils or slips. Also how long can it stay in the freezer in this state? Thanks.

What I do: out of the lutan, quick rinse in fresh water, spin out the excess water, oil, bag, then let it sit at room temp for a day, freeze or mount.

I want the oil to penetrate after tanning and freezing immediately after oiling would sloooooow down that process.

A tanned and oiled hide placed in a sealed bag will keep indefinitely in a freezer. Pull out thaw at room temp, wash in dawn or a good 5 - 7 pH shampoo, my preference, oily formula Pert plus, spin and mount.

Hope this helps
