I need help bad I've been using the McKenzie tan on my last few deer, I followed the directions to the tee. when done i hung them on my wall to dry. Today I took them off and all of them have mold on the back side, What can I do to fix this!

one more thing the hyde is molding not just the hair,
Build a small rack and lay the cape or hide across it and put a fan on in the room, but not right on the cape or hide, let it run all day to help speed up the drying, put the hair side up first when it is about 80 to 90% dry turn it over and let the skin dry, then when it is dry flip it back over and finish drying the hair side.
I did not specify,the molding is happening on the back of a completed headmount thanks
