I was wondering if you could reuse the salt you used on this years capes in the rehydration soup. Not the brown cruddy stuff, but the cleaner kinda cream colored stuff. I know it sounds crazy but I was wonderin if it would have any ill effects.

More than likely that old salt may now contain some dormant bacteria or algae from the skins it was used on. I wouldnt recommend using it! If you did - this is one instance I'd definitely say its best to use a Bacteriacide with it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
