Super fast cape drying

I've seen variations that people use to salt and dry their capes, but Heres one that really minimizes space for me. I tube skin and flesh all red meat (even eye rings and muzzle) of my deer. Salt for 24 -48 hrs, shake off salt, and pull cape over a wire fox stretcher. This accomplishes 2 things. My capes do not have any folds or hidden creases, that would take longer to dry, and I then hang them from my ceiling in my shop in rows. My basement is quite dry, and within 24-48 hours I pull the stretcher out, and fold the cape in half for easy shipping, or it fits much more easily into my rehydration bath. Keeping the capes any longer than 48 hrs on stretchers will make them difficult to fold as they dry that quickly. Give it a try!
