I would like to know if it is better to freeze a hide after you have tanned it ( while still wet ) or to let it dry out completly and rehydrate it after the forms come in. Also I have just purchased some STOP SLIP and was wondering if this gets applied to the hide side or the hair side.

Bones, I feel its better to freeze the wet hides. As for the stop slip, its applied to the hair side. Bob C
