This is the world's greatest fish carving competition. Even though many carving shows now include fish carving, the World Fish Carving Championships¨ remains as the only show devoted exclusively to fish carving. It's great fun if you enter, but if you don't, just viewing it is an experience you will long remember.

All carving events will be held this year at the Crowne Plaza, in conjunction with the World Taxidermy Championships¨. The climax of the event is the 2001 World Show Awards Banquet, where $3,200.00 in cash prizes will be awarded to fish carving winners at the Hilton Hotel on Friday night.
