Hello there all! My drawn out sweetheart's birthday is coming up and he's needed a monster octopus plushie dressed as a sushi cook for some time so I chose to make one for him. He as of late disclosed to me he has a silly dread of monster plush Little Caesars toys that look genuine and I'm starting to figure he may get terrified of my present. I've appended a connect to a comparative octopus to what I got for him (the eyes on mine are glass). On the off chance that anybody with this dread or something comparative could tell me what they think I'd truly value it!

You don’t want to know what I really think. We are taxidermists, not psychiatrists.

I would shave it . This way it won’t be as scary but a little left on the top is good cause it won’t be childish

Plushies can be terrifying for sure. Realistic ones especially, however, cartoon plushies can be just as terrifying. Perhaps, once the sushi cook out fit is on it will soften the fear. I suspect that his fear stems from a past trauma that has occurred with plushies. Authenticical plushitis is commonly formed as is most phobias by a traumatic experience with realist plushie toys. Often they were used as weaponry in punishment practices or in some instances as sexual deviation. In any case, presenting him with something that may remind him of passed and possibly suppressed memories may invoke feelings that may surface cause irreparable or violent reaction. Or, he might just not like and won't use it for what it is intended for.

Agree with the above. If his latent furry tendencies break out he may desire to have sex with said plushy octopus and have tentacle fantasies which you would never be able to compete with in real life. Unless maybe you dressed up as an octopus or a squid too.
