   It’s not that hard as I’ll just take a screw driver to it and swirl it around, then at my sink use just a hose and push it out that way. Some even use air.

   If you have an air compressor and a blow gun with a small steel brake line attached to it, works great. Just put a plastic bag over the brain cavity and let the air do the work
