Hi! This is a EU question. The law states everything containing cat and dog fur is banned to trade with. (even taxidermy?) The law also says '' the Commission may exceptionally adopt measures allowing the placing on the market or the import or export of cat and dog fur or products containing such fur for educational or taxidermy purposes.'' however when I contacted my authorities about this they said they know of no such exception. (Even when I screenshotted and linked it for them) What do I make of this? I regularly see cat and dog taxidermy for sale here in the EU.
Well there the ones that will give you the fine and make your life a living Hell . But when it goes to court it may be thrown out , either way you must ask yourself is it really worth it . What’s the old adit , do as I say not as I do . Lol
yeah ofc, if I knew for sure it was illegal I wouldn't do it. But the problem is I don't know if its illegal and nobody seems to be able to give me a proper answer.
